Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc is the Co-op's own label and is an attractive purchase for the price.

The colour is a pale, clear, green-gold and the aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The palate leads with crisp, fresh pineapple flavours.

Adelaide Hills is an exciting cool altitude appellation whose climatic conditions are ideal for dry whites.

Try this Sauvignon Blanc with salads, pasta carbonara and mild soft creamy cheeses.
