Amberley Estate is a relatively small individual producer from Margaret River in Western Australia, which is one of the most beautiful and exciting wine regions on Earth. It is also one of the few regions that successfully produces both Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is situated on the south-western coast of Australia.

In contrast to classic New Zealand style gooseberry flavoured Sauvignon Blanc, this has delicious stone fruit flavours and some may consider it half way between a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and many a ripe fruit Chardonnay. It is a delightful, crisp, dry white wine that is full of character and flavour and is well-structured with a rich, fruit-laden finish.

It was awarded a Silver Medal at the 2003 International Wine challenge.

Food guide: Shellfish and most white fish, chicken, and salads.
